Hard to say....I remember the biochem stuff being difficult as well.  I know some schools have moved to a systems approach where they study all the scientific aspects of that particular body system.  We didn't do that but many people said they learned easier with the system approach.  Cell Biology and histology was pretty dry...lots of memorizing slides and that...not my favorite.

For me, gross anatomy was the only class I scraped by in.  I didn't want to go to the lab all the time like everyone else and had shitty lab partners.  I always got frustrated with them and often left...their nerdy/anal ways drove me nuts.  I really enjoyed rotations though...thats where you get to do the real medicine and its pretty easy to do well.

You also have to remember what part of the country Ronnie is from. "White Boy" would be a common descriptive for anyone "not of color", and I imagine Ronnie uses it alot when talking to friends.
