At the Mountaineer, I went onstage at about 197 pounds, up 14 pounds from the 2004 Metrolina when I weighed 183. I'm currently much lighter than usual offseason at about 213 pounds but I will actually take the stage at the 2007 Metrolina around the same weight due to the stuff I'm using this time out.
As far as Adonis goes, we're cool now but since he doesn't compete, I would not be able to properly give judgement to how well he would do. Pictures under a controlled enviroment are not the same as going onstage to do battle.
You can train and be ripped and shredded but if you get too nervous then your posing is going to be screwed up. The more shows you do, the easier it is to do your best
Overall, bodybuilding is about size and although I haven't quite nailed my conditioning, I do have the size and best of all, the calves that folks like BAST and ALEXXX dream about.
