Full Body MASS day.
For his encore, he supersets calves with chest, then does a few deadlifts after. Really maximizing gains with crazy megasupersets!
Usually the guys who does "monster" sets, looks like garbage and wonder why they continue to do so. Probably finish that day off with a megabar and some carrot juice. Oh brother.

I can see it now, he pushes the calve machine with his thighs to use maximum weight and hits the ab machine everyday to work on his ripped & shredded midsection all while wearing his weightbelt and jamming to Van Halen on his GNC MP3 player.
