well, if you consider what gh15 has written...(i have analyzed some of his posts) i doubt its james...

but of course gh15 has written some lies..just to hide is identity....if he is a pro..its nasser

i knew you would probably understand this...nasser hates those questions...i have analyzed his old posts..and alot of what he says fits nasser...he even mentions himself once...but spells it naser

all of this could be lies of course: (but gh15 has written it)
he knows ade rai..he has richy daddy,...eastern europe( nasser is half yogoslavian)...gh15 is interested in sociology..and nasser has a degree in it...he states that he has been in usa since 93...thats when nasser started to be reoqnized...etc..also the way he writes his post...the guy has a brain.

exactly i made that observation several years ago...2g per kg body weight is scientifcally backed tho...but eating 5g per kg body weight isnt

if your trying to add muscle that is...(gotta be in a positive caloric state also 250-500+ over maintaince level) is advisable

yes prior to competition..he stated that he did..but in offseason he said he ate "very little" (100g according to his site)..altho he could have lied..ala arnold
