I think a lot of people (this and other boards) are far to quick pointing out bitchtits aka gyno, I would not say somebody has bitchtits just because he has little fat around the nipples, bitchtits are what the name says, tits, on a man.
Most people have a little gyno, it becomes appreant when they diet down and get ripped first, since I have never been that ripped I cannot say for myself.
