There will never be another Rachel, or another Cory, for that matter. And that's a shame.

Rachel was too lean & stringy when she won the inaugural Ms. Olympia in 1980. Then she refined her look and looked much better in later years.

Absolutely. I've got lots of Flex & Muscle & Fitness mags from the 80's and she appears more times than any other BB this side of Haney.

She is also a pretty hard trainer. I saw one of her routines for legs in this month's Flex and that would even making Arnold proud!

There was a photo and article feature on Rachel just a few months back in her current shape. I believe it was in Ironman. She still works out regularly and looked ridiculously hot, especially considering the fact that she's 51 (DOB: 6/21/55).

and that, exactly, is the unfortunate thing about "so called figure" today.
I was at 265 and told a figure girl I was using 12 mg anavar (1 cap from medical doc) each day and she told me she was using 20...very true and ridiculous.
