Shows there are moderate people in the Middle East, but no matter what they do they'll always be blanketed by the extreme religous types.  Shame Lebanon has to go through this, most lebanese people seem to be different from most other arabs, this is from my personal experience.

I think Lebanon and for that matter Syria could be great countries.
They are both moderate with a very wide range of religions.

It seems to me that moderates always lose to fanatics. Fear and poverty has a way of accomplishing this.
