If he just kept adding a few quality pounds per year, his physique would be hell better today.  His waist must have gone up 4" easily.  No subsitute for a trim waist, plus it makes everything else look bigger of course.

I posted I vid sometime ago, I think it was from the 97 / 98 O, but I am not sure, and he had that condition!

That's from his training video before Unbelievable, I think the official title is Ronnie Coleman Regimen or something like that. Awesome video, I actually prefer it to Unbelievable. There's a cool scene where Diana Dennis is showing Ronnie how to pose, his physique in that sequence is mindblowing and it looks attainable if you want to bust your ass in the gym, even though you will never get close. I only wish Ronnie still had that same body today.

Damn that's one tiny ass waist !!! Smallest ever on a Mr O. He's ripped to sreds as well . Munzer ripped. ( check out his shoulders )
I don't want to turn this into a Dorian vs. Ronnie thread, but Big Dozer was never ever that shredded ! and i'm a Dorian fan.

Ronnie wasn't Mr Olympia when this was filmed. At the Olympia the year this video was shot, Ronnie finished 9th. What does that tell you about IFBB judging ?.

At the end of the home video they show Ronnie's posing from the '97 Olympia, I always assumed that the video was his training for that year's Olympia. I'd have to check my tapes again but from memory, Ronnie was a lot better in '96 than '97.

It was at the 1996 Mr Olympia and you're right Ronnie was much sharper in 96

Dorian has plenty of striations in his chest but you're under this misnomer that srtiations are the only indication of being ripped and its NOT having no SQ fat or holding any water means you're ripped and Dorian didn't have this problem.

even more so, it tells you about THE GUY who beat all of them and how great he was.
