Give credit where due. Kamali looks decent in those shots. The guy does have a large torso and wide shoulders that make his arms appear smaller than they are. I wouldn't be surprised if they're 20 inches in those pics.

A quieter, kinder, humble Kamali is what bodybuilding needs in 2007.

What do you guys say that WE GIVE KING ONE MORE CHANCE....After all, he called us bucktooth jackasses. It's not like he strangled, poisoned, electrocuted, beat, and burnt us in the trunk of his car!

yes he does look pretty ordinary in the front double bicep shot but he looks great in the 2 other shot.

I think he is a cool guy, we spoke a little trough PM when he was here after his first show this year (NY Pro I think ??)

indeed good physiqe,,those arms are 19.5-20 inches. he looks better than many pro card holders and with the average 14-15% he likes to hold on him when off he does have 21-22 inch arms

I think that was the Atlantic City show but I could be wrong. King is just starting back into full training mode and we are looking for improvements in leg and arm size this year. His waist will NOT be getting any bigger.

He gains 50 pounds in the offseason and only gains and inch on the arms? Didn't Arnold say roughly 10 pound weight gain equals an inch on the arms? Bummer.

Disgusted, after what I saw you can do in one week with King Kamali, i have full faith in you in making King the best he can be with six months+ of work. First, take away his remote control, make sure his waist stay down, and tell him congratulation on his Muscletech contract that he just renewed!

Thanks Ron! King didn't gain ANY!! fat this time. I have a pic of him weighing 270 with abs. He starts his prep work this week so come AC time he will look like a new person.

As far as his legs go, yes and no. They have gotten bigger just due tot he fact he is eating more, but he is not in full all out training. That starts this week.

He HAS to bring up his legs!! Some heavy free weight squats please! Full range of motion also. And if you havent noticed, his inner thighs have exceptional development while his sweep sucks. I'm pretty sure this is due to the quarter squats, since they do activate the medialis much more than regular squats.

Otherwise, we're still gonna make fun of him for doing quarter squats with 5 spotters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kamali used to have a good physiqe before he became a pro and the first year as a pro..then the played the mass game..his torso is too big for his arms..he should have stayed at 215-225lbs..and worked on bringing up his forearms,calves and arms (as much as is possible..with his relatively limited arm genetics for a pro) and just "polished" his physique..and worked on details instead of trying to add too much mass..

this guys has looked like shit for years..but never forget that he used to have a good physique...
his problems is his arms and belly (wide waist)...reduce his bodyweight so torso matches his arms..and he should hope that his midsection goes down..(not sure about that tho)

also shoulders overpower arms
