What can this do for you, I hear it being mentioned a lot lately. People call it IGF 1r3 I think too. Does it make you stronger, leaner? How do you take it as well, people listing it as coming in 1000mcg or 1000mg of it, is it powder, liquid? Anyway I'm interested in it if anybody could help out.
