It actually looks liek a somewhat decent preworkout drink. The one thing I don't like is the unknown amount of caffeine. According the the blend, there's more caffeine than glucuronolactone. And since gluc. isn't really effective until doses between 500-1000mg are reached, either the gluc. is underdosed or the caffeine is overdosed.
