Attribute based.  Your hips, back, knees ankles better be loose.

In the past when i rolled i just got high, (just a little) and i seem to control breathing and stay fairley loose... so we shall see i think this will be a good experiance... The worst at least i'll learn a new thing or two, at best my ground game gets better by learning 5 or 6 things... I've watched a lot of his videos and he is pretty damn good from what ive watched of him teaching moves and so forth..

I trained with Baret Yoshida for a time, who doesn't use the rubber guard, but has a similar game.  I couldn't make Baret's techniques work for me.  But the amount of information you will receive would be invaluable, so why not.  Definitely not a guard fighter, nothing to lose, you might as well go.

Yeah this should help the ground game. And id like to learn some butterfly guard and learn some of is escapes to guard... So yeah and as i have mostly stand up training this isnt gonna hurt by any means... So shit might as well cough up the cash and go get my ass beat for four hours.... I'll let you know how it goes..I got the old man to lace up the shoes and come with me to. He hasnt done any fight training since he quit fighting 2 years ago... so it should be fun
