Myseone your new best friend should be the squat followed by front squats and finishing up with leg presses. Then you start hams with curls and stiff legged dead lifts. You may finish with standing calf raises, seated calf raises, donkey calf raises and any other machine. Now the trick here, and this is where it gets tricky, you must use FULL RANGE OF MOTION WITH PROPER FEELING FORM!Let me know if you need any more tips.
