It's funny to see guys around me trying to emulate my training. They see my superior built and think that if they do my exercises they will too. But that is not the case of Arvilla would have looked pleasing a long time ago.

Being the guy who stares at every male in the gym and every "member" in the locker room does NOT make you the Alpha Male. Hope this helps. And dude seriously get some size on you before putting others down. You would be one of those we laughed very hard at in the gym here. It hilarious watching skinny people walk around like they have muscles. You need to get your weight to at least 275+ to get any real respect in the gym. So start lifting and quit pretending.

It was arm day and I was all covered up! Just the intensity I put into the sets is staggering and they try to replicate it. Let's just say I was using the same weights for triceps that most man can barely move for chest!
