I am watching his video and his breathing is horrible. When he is supposed to exhale he holds his breath and this causes the air to trap in his stomach and bloat it up. Also his form is horrible on biceps that is why they where not on par.

Other than that he is a true warrior with the most intensity in the gym!

I think the problem with his biceps was he never varied his training of them, doing high reps less rest, compound sets, working them after back etc.
