well, his arms are massive, but when you start thinking comparison to cutler and ronnie, etc they're just not massive or freaky enough.

luke is awesome and good luck to him, but freak wise he will (currently) get beaten by the likes of jay and ronnie. shape wise, he will get beaten by the likes of dexter and martinez.

there are just too many guys that have what he has but more of it to be honest.

who knows about the future though. good luck luke.

WELL!! this was a suprise at first when i read the thread i thought "AR!! This will be interesting" But thankyou for the kind words and compliments. Those 2 pics at the start were taken by Milos at his gym after the 2005 NY pro show. I actually did a photo shoot for Ironman mag earlier that day. The twisting back shot has become one of my best poses and to be honest in that picture it was the first time i had tried it! Milos showed me and said try this pose see how it looks! and that was the result. I do like that picture. My weakness?? well like anyone we are all human, but slowly and surely i am improving them. My chest is no longer a weakness and actually on perhaps my best bodypart now. Arms are improving, but my delts just like to grow faster than my arms!!!  ;D But i would say my weakness use to be inside my head!! Believing in myself! Now i know i can make a big impact on this sport! The Arnold Classic and signing a contract proved to myself that i being noticed and that this is a BIG year for me! My trainer Milos Sarcev, my girlfriend IFBB PRO Kim Perez my family and my sponsors 6 STAR MUSCLE FUEL have all been just great to me and acted like a ROCK to me! Made me believe that hard work and dedication will get you there!!! I am very blessed to have these people in my life!!

Hey Luke, obviously you are aware of your weaknesses and your endeavours to improve are commendable. I would say that your abs tend to look washed out because they do not appear genetically very deep. I think if you could improve here it would dramtically change the look of your physique. All the best for the coming year. Hopefully the lawn bowls goes well.

My delt workout varies but i will give you the one i did this week.

Smith machine shoulder press to the front 4 sets 12 reps
seated machine press super set with with standing dumbell press 4 sets 12 reps on each
cable up right rows super set with barbell front raises 4 sets 12 reps on each
seated dumbell laterals super set with standing dumbell laterals 4 sets to failure
rear delt machine super set with bentover laterals 4 sets to failure
smith machine shrugs 4 sets 12-15 reps
