I'd be willing to pay 5$ a month, but no credit card, so it isn't possible. Plus very few of the good posters would be willing. So it'd die month 2 and they'd be begging them to come back. Like most net stuff that tries to go pay, it fails and they switch back.

I would donate if that option were made available, but maybe it would be better if there were some more corporate sponsorship to areas outside the board or hell, I wouldn't be put off with the small banner between sections.  This is getbig, if space were limited to like 3 small spots between the Main, Womans, Misc Boards and Alt boards I bet companies would pay a decent price for those spots.  More charged for the higher spot and a bargin for the spot near the Alt boards.  Just an idea, I know this would put some off too.  It personally wouldn't bug me.

Personally I think the humor and array of personalities here is worth 5 bucks a month, and I would pay it. But like stated earlier, the board would die off if it became pay only. Therefore I don't support the idea.

Not to mention, when many of getbig’s most popular personalities are forced to pay for both getbig and derrickanthony.com, getbig is going to lose.

what would be the point of charging people to look at something that they can see 1000 other places on the net?  getbig would have to have something no other sites had, like pros talking about their cycles, and i dont mean muscletech cycles     so if they had cool shit that wasnt on any other site, then i would gladly pay.
