I dont know jack about tattoo's...but I always wonder if people in China have English sayings on their necks, etc...

I havent seen any chinese in here(Spain but i know many many chinese people...)doing tatoo in alphabet.
In Japan,the people doing tatoo mostly are "Yakuza" and they love japanese way. Maybe you wont find out any in japan too.

Yes. Some of them dont like it because of Yakuza thing and normal people get scared of Yakuza soo...

I used to go there when i was a student and made friend with some.They talked to me because of my physic and it was fun to talk to these mafias also.Usually they are open but they get angry at the strange case that normal people dont get angry at. Bit complicated.
