Author Topic: What's the lamest tattoo of these three? (Read 4193 times)

I am gona get a arm band tatoo that looks like one of those cloth tape measures and have it overlapping at the 22... It will also be wrapped in barbed wire and have my name and a blue HorseShoe under it.

Man, i had sooo much fun with these in my life, it's really great what kind of bullshit have written on themselves!

Here's one from my personal collection:

She has written the characters for Tiger, house, then another chinese one i cannot read tattooed on her fat back. i was lmao!

All three are lame. The conventional "tribal" that everyone speaks of is basically just called black work. REAL tribal, is some of the best you can get if it's done by a good tat2 artist.

as for the chinese symbols

i remember when mark kerr was about to fight some guy in japan (pride, i think) and a japanese reporter asked kerr if he knew what the symbols on this jap dude's arm meant (supposedly they were meant to mean some macho, 'death before dishonour' bullshit or something).

kerr said, 'i dunno, i love mark kerr?'

the whole place was in stitches.

oh btw, mark beat the shit out of the guy.

right, but getting "real" tribal is just as lame as getting kanji symbols. i'm not a maori tribesman, what makes me think i have the right to get the same patterns tattooed on me that those men have put on them as a right of passage? i have a small faux-tribal piece and while it's easily my least favorite of my three, i'm not ashamed of it.
