what the hell is your secret to those huge forarms?

you never use straps?

any speciall exercises?
i do dumbell wrist curls and behind the back wrist curls(the Cutler ones)
but i use straps for most back excecises.


guess you will just say good genetics but i dont want to hear that    >:(

1) he's short, so therefore it's easier to put mass on his arms

2) he uses steroids to speed up the process

3) he's genetically gifted in the arm department.
