Here is the Original list from SI .com.

Apparently, winning defensive player of the year honors last season didn't open enough eyes for Brian Urlacher. In a poll released this week by Sports Illustrated, the Bears middle linebacker was named the second-most overrated player in the league. The survey was done during the summer with 361 players responding to that question, less than half the number polled on a variety of topics.

Here is the list

SI Players Poll
[Based on a survey of 361 NFL players]
Who is the most overrated player in the NFL?

AP
Terrell Owens, Cowboys
Brian Urlacher, Bears
Ray Lewis, Ravens
Michael Vick, Falcons
Eli Manning, Giants
Keyshawn Johnson, Panthers
Peyton Manning, Colts
Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers
Charles Woodson, Packers
Warren Sapp, Raiders

Urlacher and Ray Ray are overrated.  Good schemes, good guys in the trenches in front of them, and carte blanch for them to make reads, and plays.

As much as I hate him, TO isn't overrated.  The guy 801 cathces, 11, yards and 114 TDs   The guy can play.

Sapp is definitely overrated, as is Woodsen.

Don't you agree though, I have heard many people state he is one of the best 3-5 QB's in the league but I have him barely in the top 10 if that.

He had 10 sacks as a d tackle this year. And it should be noted that none of the teams he played against really had to pass this year because they were always beating the shit out of the raiders. So he had a pretty monster year this season.

Totally. He is not in the top three, not even close imo. Maybe if he had continued on his run before he got injured he could have made a case, but he didn't.

So didn't Ty Warren, but he was ignored ::) Almost as ridiculous as ignoring Asanti with 11 picks on the year. 10 regular season! We where talking about this before, remember??!

Interception can sometimes be overated though, like when it's just a horrible pass and they are all alone to catch them. I don't know how he made all of his but I find that true 'shutdown' receivers don't have many pick as the ball is never thrown their way.

His interceptions where all legit, he was leading the league over Champ Bailey most of the year. He finished ahead of him. He also had every member of his starting secondary out/injured/playing hurt most of the year.Hobbs was there, but he was was/is playing with a broken wrist. Wilson was out all year with a hammie, Harrison has been hurt all year : ( He helped win many games with huge interceptions, and helped his team to get where they are now. He was screwed plain and simple. Same with Warren and Wilfork. Wilfok had a great season but I could see why he could be passed over, but there is no excuse for Warren.

His interception is what put the jets away in the first playoff game. He baited Penington into a throw then jumped the route for a score on the Jets final drive. His key interception won the Chicago game during the regular season, etc etc. He always came up with huge picks when we needed them most this year.I know what you mean about the interception stat tho, in this case he was just plain old screwed :-X

Yeah samuels picks were all legit this season. I have watched him since last year and he is a pure ball player...His picks come because he gets real good breaks on the ball. outs (deep and quick) cannot be thrown on this guy as well as the slant because he wants it more. Dude is a beast and someone needs to be accountable for him not going...

By the way the most over rated..

NFL...DeAngelo Hall (4 picks and he is in the pro bowl  got roasted all season)
NBA... Paul Gasol
MLB...Griffey

Underated

NFL...Asante Samuel
NBA... Shareef Abdul Raheem
MLB...The whole Marlins Roster

To me Terrell Owens has to be the most overrated athlete in the history of sports.

For someone who talks as much as he does it's amazing how many times he drops passes thrown right to him.

I'm shocked GM's and owners are still willing to bring that moron in considering how much of a distraction he is and how much he doesn't perform on the field. Everywhere he goes he disrupts everything.

Yep.  I can't stand T.O., but he did lead the NFL in TDs this year.  He also led the NFL in dropped passes, but he is a difference maker.

He's also a locker room cancer.  I think he might be bipolar.

Fantastic, he lead the league in one statistical category. And for that you get an absolute and utter piece of human scum infecting your locker room, sidelines and field. Notice how you conveniently left off dropped passes in that statistical breakdown? Did he lead the league in that as well?

I'll say it again, for someone that talks as much as he does he does he doesn't deliver on the field equal to what he takes away from a team.

He is not even close to being worth the trouble he brings.
