What`s wrong with him ? He`s 17 years old, in decent shape, and have now 25 years to progress year after year....

be motivated, love your training, learn about nutrition & supplementation, Training, regeneration, ......

and one day you maybe can say, "hey i`m that 17 year old cave-boy, do you remember ?"

thanks grh....for the first time in my life i am seeing the outline of my abs!!! its a great thing!!! i have two veins in my "v" (lower abdomen) as well!!! im excited lol

Yo, keep it up. At 17 you have many years to go, but build a good base. Remember that it does not happen over night. Train to the Extreme

Looks like great potential to me.
I see pecks & delts that will thicken EASILY.
DUDE has some quads all ready and hes still a baby practically.
Kid is gonna grow muscle easier than most.

Learn good form, go heavy on basic compound movements.
Ignore Jealous comments.
