I thought the adonis principles where about never gaining fat and denying "bulking" in favour of loosing gaining muscle at low bodyfat levels

40 lbs in a few months, even with gear, is fucking insane.

DW, you might have taken 1 or 2 at the Mr GB with that level of muscularity.  This next one should be good.  You should do the MD or the Get anabolics show in the meantime, you're lean enough.

That means nothing, I cycled test dball and deca for years and never once got acne, or backne for that matter. My hair did fall out young though  :-[
