Seems like one of the best training/educational DVD's out there. Robby is very well spoken and humble.  :)

That is true. Amazing the way he looks so healthy at his age and after years of strain on his body. Weightliting really does make you keep your youth with proper nutrition ofcourse.

Weird, he doesn't sound the least bit crazy. In fact he sounds more with it than 90% of bodybuilders. And he looks very impressive for a 60 year old!
