I'm hoping anyone could understand it. When I started out on it, I had planned to reference everything, and make it very "official."
But then I thought, f' it, these are MY opinions on how things can be done. I want it to be fairly informal, and show how I do things.
They're just my opinions, and people can feel free to disagree. But, it is what I have found to work best, based on my background in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, along with my real world experience.

I can't wait. As soon as you have a release date PM me and give me the scoop. I troll 'the other site' and read all your posts all the time. I been talking to someone you worked with recently and did a great job with. Her and I trained together recently and she speaks so highly of you. I told her that I thought you were the best and easiest to relate to and have a safe 'obsession' with your theories.
I acquired a copy of that Lary Pepe book...'Pre-Contest Bible' and it's...okay but then again how could a kid like me relate to it. It's very very cookie-cutter and dry. It's NOTHING you can't read about in any issue of FLEX at anytime.
Maybe in the back of the book you can have a reference page of all the supps/companies you reccomend based on quality, price etc...
Maybe a page where you can leave contact info for your people you have that work with others in your theories like Elaine etc...
I think it would be a hit.
