I thought I was going to have to defend pitbulls yet again.
But, I mean it is obviously the child. The parents (owner) being a bad mother has nothing to do with it. I say kill the whole Arican race of Children. Or ban them anyway. My guess is African children are born aggressive and are natural born trouble makers.
(The newbies will not get this, this refers to the attitude of many against "dangerous"breeds of dogs. I do not literally think what I said above should be done)
