Congratulations to you and your wife1 Fatherhood is a completely life changing experience. Just wait until you hold your little girl in your hands. You will look at her little face and melt. My little boy is 7 months old and I can't imagine how I ever lived without him. I can't wait to come home from work everyday just to see his smile and giggles.

Especially in the first year, you will become Magellan. You will become Lewis and Clark. Everyday will be a voyage of discovery. Every day, your little girl will do something new and you will be there to witness it! You will re-experience the world through her eyes. You will make sappy forum postings like this. You will talk like a Hallmark greeting card. All the poopy diapers and sleepless nights will become another opportunity to spend time with her. Enjoy every moment of it, because it passes fast. It seems like just yesterday we brought Hayden home from the hospital.

Good Times!

Lori and I are so happy for you guys!  It was only 2-3 months ago when we came over, and I asked if you wanted to change Adam's diaper (he is now 9 months) and you looked at me with these wide eyes, like are you kidding me! Bob has never changed a diaper!!! Well - soon it will be time. Baby up every 3-4 hours, 10 times diaper changes a day - and just about at six weeks time, you wonder if you will ever get any more sleep again. But it truly is wonderful when they say Daddy, you would do just about anything for them.

Welcome to the world of going to little kids birthday parties! And having lots of patience!

See you three very soon!
