Optimum Weight Gainer

Considering using Optimum Weight Gainer .... Couple of questions :

1. hows the product ?
2. are the carbs added are good source of complex carb, or they will spike inulin ?
3. can i replace it with regular meals ? ( considering no time to cook etc )

Are you referring to Pro Complex Gainer or Serious Mass?

are you a "hardgainer". or just looking to put on some size?  if so, try n-large 2 or mega mass 4000 for hard gainers. (it has like 80 something grams of protein per serving, and a shitload of carbs and calories!)

The Chocolate Pro Complex Gainer tastes pretty good and mixes easily.
