Billy Guns new strength claims...

'm not sure if it helped but most of my injections were in the delts.....and I really train them heavy.....I was using 275lbs on milatary for 6 reps at my highest a few weeks back. I can't wait for them to shred up this season....

Billy couldn't military press 275 even with Tamali's 18 spotters helping him.
