Jay had an appearance at Max Muscle Rancho Cucamonga, the place was PACKED and he signed stuff for 5 1/2 hours non stop.
Here's a pic of his abs at 305 (with cathy LeFrancois's abs and her fiancee, Scotty) for those of you who think he's not in shape at that weight, he's planning on being 10 heavier by Arnold time.

well he said he is not changing a thing going into this years olympia...So i guess we already know what he will look like...

On a side note, he does look lean at that weight...

i have always liked jay because of his nice guy qualities,one of the most down to earth guys ever.even after he became mr olympia,he is still humble as ever.i have the utmost respect for big jay and i would love to meet him in person

People will always pull for the humble, underdog which Jay was before his win. Big mouth, sore loser Ronnie has assured Jay will be the guy we all love. All Jay needs to bring are small improvements each year. Big improvements can not be made at that level. Jay deserved his win and should not have to explain it, he simply beat Coleman.
