I wonder if they are full of muscletech ads.  I remember way back it was the weider weight gain powder in the 80's that tasted like chalk and sawdust mixed together with piss.

But this is from the 70's.  What were they pushin then.

They are not full of muscletech ads but they are certainly full of Weider weight gainer ads. The mags back then had just as many ads as the current mags do.

Exactly. I have several RARE bodybuilding magazines ranging from Health & Strength to Muscle Builder/Power and none of them pushed more products into their magazine than the latter.

I was VERY lucky to get this and several other rare bodybuilding magazines from a garage sale. Apparently, the previous owner had passed away and the seller just wasn't into collectible bodybuilding magazines. Their lost... my gain.  ;D
