Perhaps, but I never noticed pool being easier when I played a good bit of snooker at uni...though I still was crap at both.  28 was about my highest break

the table just seems way smaler in pool after ya do a few framed of snooker..at least for me that ws an advantage...

70 is very impressive, anything over 50 in the snooker halls I have played in is good as the tables were never the best of quality.

well the halls i played in always had 3 levels of tables...

1) the cheapo general population
2) the expensive to play on ones
3) members only.. (they come with their own ball cleaner guy/ hold your drink guy!  )
