18 is an adult, there is no way you can say that an 18-19 year old is NOT an adult. At 18 you can go clubbing, claim JSA, get a house, claim mimimum wage in a job, basically stand on your own 2 feet. You can also go to war, nothing else needs to be said on the subject. Kids no longer go to war
