who is Mits? and how did he get involved with bodybuilding?> and why does he do most the pros videos ? ive always wondered how a short chinese guy like Mits got ivolved with BB

Looks like he's got a lifetime contract with Weider, I don't see anyone else being able to do what he does. He's allright though, I think now when he finally moved over to DVD he offer good value for money. The days of half black n white VHS videos of 45-60 minutes for $50 is over!  ;)

I've seen him once or twice, he doesn't speak much english either, still I think he's doing a good job, I can't think of much he should do differently?
