we have a few of those that are training to be "cage fighters" ::)

we have a mat in our gym. needless to say i took one of those clowns down 8 times in a row ;D...........then i told him "bro" it's ok you're a striker right ::)

There was this zit faced kid at my gym yesterday walking around looking all mad, when I saw him doing curls with 25's with the worst form I've ever seen I had to laugh a little, so then he puts down the weight and does some shadow boxing infront of the mirror as if he's saying " it's okay for me to be a puss, I'm a fighter guy".

Well...needless to say...I am dissapointed in you SSBG!  If you want to get really serious about being a badass you will go to Tito's website and order your "Punishment" Beanie with the flames on it and get the bonus mouth piece to walk around with!  Those guys are the true "stone face warriors"!!!
