Maybe this is why Romano is such an arsehole, drinking this crap $:-\$

The Virile Mary Tuna Shake - By John Romano
1 can solid white tuna in water,drained
2 1/2 cups V-8 juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
a dash of a good Habanero pepper sauce

Dump it all in a blender for a few seconds and frappe for a few seconds til smooth. Serve with a stalk of celery and a Shot of Stoli( a good vasodialtor for you bodybuilders.......the powerlifters are going "a vasodi....WHAT")

Hey Adonis, how much did MD pay you to put you in their magazine and are you upset that they put you in the mag but won't let you post anymore?

They should have been paying him to bring traffic to that infantile board. I remember when they were just starting up and no one would register because they thought the site was lame. Looks like they are going to regress right back to that same sad state.

I'm not sticking up for romano at all, I dont' know what went down or why he's getting ragged on so much nor do I care but I will say that there was a time-around 92 or 93ish where lots of guys were trying to come up with some variation of a tuna shake, they talked about it in the mags all the time. JD Dowdo had some form where you mixed it with a can of diet coke or something along those lines....I didn't pay that much attention cause they all sounded way to gross for me but they did get talked about alot for a few months.

I am sure. People will try anything to counter a bland bodybuilding diet. Regardless of Romano, I still think it sounds disgusting.

I still wouldn't even think of it. I hate tuna with a passion. When I have to have it casue I'm too lazy to make my lunch the night before and I'm running late I have to drown the taste out with brown or spicey mustard, I can't stand the taste of tuna

They didn`t pay me, but I am very angry at the fact that I am to be in their magazine this month, yet I was banned and now I am relegated to only the Natural forum.

Steve Blechman is not to blame though. He is actually with us I think. There are other forces at work that really have no clue how to please the MD subscribers and really want to keep bodybuilding from growing I will leave it at that.

I am sure Steve Blechman and Dave Palumbo are not apart of the recent influx of bannings.

I don't think Blechman is involved either. The main culprits are the "mods" there that can't handle the heat. If you are going to be on an internet message board you need to have somewhat thick skin. They made themselves available and then took to banning anyone that dared question their "expert" opinions. I certainly hope they didn't think it was going to remain a secret about some of their mods moonlighting. I made sure that information found its way into the proper hands.
