Awesome pics.  I actually want to buy it now.  (They still need to convert BFTO 96 to dvd) But BFTO 06 looks phenomenal.

Vince Taylor's.  his training segment is interesting too.  he uses the hammer strength lat pulldown machine in ways i've never even thought of.

yeah i notice some people use the cable and do a press down motion and others have a some what of an arc motion.

2 thoughts.  Vince Taylor's calves are incredible for a black guy.

second, it scares me to think of how much stuff Branch is on.  I never say a word about a guy being on "teh juice" but I dont' even want to think about what he's putting in his body.  He looks unreal there but my God, I'd hate to see his stack.
