synthetek is fine,,you want pharma grade oil that is sterile and you will get it there
the best way to take it is 1ml each muscle you want bigger,, make sure you massage the place with watever machine you have or your girlfriend hands,, for long time so it all look natural,,,in any case i would not use it for anything over 1-2 inch gain on arms,,
purpose of gains is to let the muscle grow to the new size with time,,and it always happened with the serious hormonized bodybuilder,,,it always happen as long as!! you dont abuse it!!! see valentino and sons ltd
i used it to gain my current arm size i dont need it anymore because my muscle grew to this size,,ken did,,kevin did,,jason does,,many more,,it will be easier to name the ones who dont
infection are not a concern as long as you use sterile oil and sterile procedure,,and ofcourse dont inject 5 ml into one little muscle at once because then you are looking for trouble,,
the oil will slowly be removed from body with time
