homemade plain yogurt (made with raw milk) w/ granola cereal
Glass of water
vitamins/minerals
LUNCH
Large vegetable salad with oil and vinegar
1 cooked fresh vegetable
large portion of fresh broiled protein such as fish,chicken, prime cuts of beef, lamb, or liver
wine or mineral water
MID AFTERNOON
plate of selected imported cheeses, with fresh fruit in season
DINNER
similiar to lunch (early) same choices
LATE EVENING
small dish of fresh yogurt (good for digestion and elimination)
still a small amount of food where I'm coming from...but still more than what you wrote.
