well...I just happened to have "Winning Bodybuilding" in front of me...pg.116

"Here's a sample of a diet that's helped me to the results I've achieved"

BREAKFAST

3 fresh eggs
1 fresh fruit in season or large orange juice
homemade plain yogurt (made with raw milk) w/ granola cereal
Glass of water
vitamins/minerals

LUNCH

Large vegetable salad with oil and vinegar
1 cooked fresh vegetable
large portion of fresh broiled protein such as fish, chicken, prime cuts of beef, lamb, or liver
wine or mineral water

MID AFTERNOON

plate of selected imported cheeses, with fresh fruit in season

DINNER

similiar to lunch (early) same choices

LATE EVENING

small dish of fresh yogurt (good for digestion and elimination)

still a small amount of food where I'm coming from...but still more than what you wrote.

TA do more research. These guy ate a lot of meat and eggs back in the day. I'm not saying that they stuffed themselves. This diet is a precontest diet that was used for short periods of time.

Is that a pre contest diet? I dont know how much do you weigh, but there is hardly enough calories and a protein in this diet for a  220lbs bb...

I doubt it...he doesnt specify...but I'm guessing it was a maintainence diet...I'm sure the pre-contest diet was more strict and didnt include cheese and yogurt.
