That pic is from a Flex photo shoot from a few years ago. There were more pics where he actually does take it down and come back up.

on a standard smith machine it would 735...but i believe those are fake plates...hope this helps.

That is what's known as a "glamour shot" of squat pictures. Just like a real glamor shot, the picture is far from reality.
