something is odd about that bathoom. On one hand it looks like a commerical place but then again there is a floor mat. The trash bin is not a "home" type thing and why the fan?

Great pecs to be sure, but he has some serious balance issues, his right arm and shoulder are noticeably atrophied, cannot be overlooked.
