? Granted he had great calves, but I think they must implants, seriously who have calves that massive and freaky with 23 inches without SOME kind of enhancement?

Either Dan or Bob said on the show that they met Matarazzo's father once and he lifted up his pants leg to show that his calves were even bigger than Mike's.

Mike said his dads calves were over 24" and ive seen a pic of them in a magazine. They were fucking enormous, it was taken at an expo with Mike comparing his to his fathers
