I have heard comficting ideas of Clen cycle.
Some say 2w on 2 w off
Some say a alternating 2 week clen /ECA stack
Some say to maximize the befefits of clen use for : 6w on 2 off
4w on 2 off
2w on 2 off
2wk on/2wk off seems to work best for me...if I stay on longer it seems to be less effective, but if other ways work well for you, I say shoot for it.
What do you do for cardio?

Eliptical?
Bike only if it is a warm up for legs...doing bike for actual cardio work kills my knees.
For cardio work: elliptical, stair-mill (not stair-stepper) treadmill (fast walk on an incline, 3.5-4.5 degree's.) That's pretty much it.
