if you watch nasser on his way 2 and 3..you will see that he did some exercises with body motion but he always did other exercesis with controll too...so when he left the gym he had stimulated the muscle groups he intended to work.

Close, Squad. I had the assignment of interviewing him (a quick 2 questions) for my Olympia coverage for M & F. (I was covering all events in '96, and didn't have time for a graceful introduction). He was uncooperative and incomprehensible. Of course, he was also STAAARVING at the time. I didn't take it personally. Can't wait to hear whatcha get out of him. Best of luck.
