Hey dav , I am not a gimmick account. I am not trying to flame you. How large do you think your arms would be in contest shape? If you remember Arvilla before he dieted he had 20 inch guns at 300 lbs. He had to lose a lot of fat to get where he is now. I think he did a great job.

Judging from your pics there is a noticeable lack of separation shown between the bicep and tricep. Also the shoulder look to be the same way. At a bf of even 10 percent all that separation would be quite evident when flat out flexing your arms 1 inch from a camera.

Not saying you are small or anything, I know I had a reality check when I got into good shape.

nobody is saying you have to be 3 percent bodyfat but you are clearly 30 percent at least, you can't see any definition or seperation at all in your arm.
