as for me squashing my arm against the pad...
im doin preacher curls... my tris arent visable in the pic... as they are resting n the pad..

and yes my arms are over  18 and 3/4
why i havent posted pics... clips..
because i do so at my leisure..  i dont need to post pics to prove anything
why? im happy with myself... i dont need to prove myself to anyone
 my last batch of pics and i posted was taken.. because my brother decided to take pics of our progress...
but i will post clips and pics again very very soon... its coming to the time of year to see what  progress has been made..
so im going to take dedicate a whole week to see just where im at lift poundage wise... im def bigger and harder than i was this time 2006. when i take these clips.. in late february i will post them up soon after
not to prove anything... but to share with people who are genuinly intrestied in lifting...and maintaining a good physique.  if it does answer ur question as to if im lieing about my arms... so be it
but as i said
we'll see..

when my arms were just under 16" they looked about a quarter that big. i don't see any reason that his couldn't be 18" or a hair over, then give him the remainder by giving him a good pump.
