Pulling on a pair of size 32 jeans, and realizing that the one time loose fitting jeans, had become to small for me in the waist. At that time, I realized overeating to "bulk" was a waste of time for me. I am one of those people that has a good metabolism, but just adds fat if I eat to much. I gain muscle at the rate I gain it. Overeating does nothing to help me gain more size, then if i just eat what I need to grow and stay leaner. I have since gotten into good shape, and add mass the natural, snail paced way.
