TIP FOR STUFFING YOURSELF-"but I work a system with concentrated stuffing late at night for the purpose of building capacity and slowly stretching the stomach, which is usually not done with the high-calorie foods. Then there is the high calorie snackage, that I do over the course of the day in a comfortable and easy way. For the puposes of stuffing, carbs seem to be the way to go...I learned a lot from a woman I know who weighs 550 pounds. She told me to do a very large amount of pasta with olive oil and balsamic vinegar each night, fairly close to bed and then to do the sugar and fat snacks during the day...it works like a charm! Everybody has their own system and their own metabolism to work with, so there will be countless variations on this...but it seems to work for a lot of folks!

someone mentioned a 800-1000 pound person on a motorized wheelchair they saw at walmart. if you were to take that person out with a high powered sniper rifle could they really charge you with a crime? would you feel any guilt, or just recoil?
