Good evening everybody
Well, another forum post has disapeared. It was titled, "New to all of this" and the thread was started by one of those obnoxious muscle-bound body builders.
But he was saying that he was ashamed of his past actitivies as a body builder, and has become a gainer instead, and he claimed to have up from 270 pounds to 460 pounds, saying that he had gained about 190 pounds of fat in just 7 months.
He was obviously giving us a line of bull crap. He also posted a disgusting picture of what he claimed to be himself as a body builder, before he bacame a gainer.
Anyway, that particular thread had disapeared from the forum, but I clicked on the [Back] button on my computer a few times and I was able recover what I had typed, so I could copy and paste it here.
And so, here is my response response to this idiot, and I decided to give him a line of meta-physical sounding BS.

My name is Steven and I am desperate to become on of you. My whole childhood I was the tall skinny guy who was 'good' at sports. When I turned 17 I got a bit into weightlifting, and saw I had great potential to be a bodybuilder. I was about 6"4 and weighing about 270 pounds ripped. It was a great time being like that, but then I saw having so much muscle mass and putting litres of artifical muscle makers in my body wasn't so healthy. Also I saw that I had an incredibly low body fat, and I was like OMG I AM SO SKINNY. Then I decided to stop weightlifting and get into this stuff. I decided I had to eat more than I did already, and also I thought the MC Donald's was the place to be to get big. I will show you a picture of myself from a few months ago, I want to know you opinion on that kind of physique, I personally cant believe I ever had and wanted to be like this ------>

Today I am a lot more fat and I am about 460 pounds, as you can see I think I got great potential for being fat. I am just working on my physique for 7 months now and I gained about 190 pounds. Not bad I supposeNo offence, but are you for real???
You actually gained 190 pounds of fat in just 7 months?
That would be about 27 pounds per month, or just under a pound a day.
I suppose it's possible to gain a pound a day for 7 months, but I don't see how you could do it with all those muscles. When you have that much muscle on your body, you would have a very fast metabolism, making it hard to gain a lot of fat.
Only those of us who are soft and weak can gain a lot of fat that easily because we have very little muscle and a much slower metabolism.
You need to starve those muscles off of your body. I suggest you go on a three day fast, drinking only water to keep from getting dehydrated, then four days of pigging out on lots of carbohydrates.
Do that every week, three days of fasting, and four days of pigging out. During your three day fast, you will lose some weight. You'll lose a little fat, but you will also lose some of those disgusting muscles.
Then when you eat again, you will gain back more weight than you had lost, and it will be all fat, and you won't gain back any muscles.
When you do this, your metabolism will slow down to compensate for the days of fasting. You will actually be teaching your body how to maintain its weight on fewer calories. Your daily calorie requirements will go down, and when you are pigging out during the four days, you will be taking in more calories then you can burn off, and then you'll gain fat.
Yeah, I know it sounds drastic, the three day fast every week, but that is required to get your body to consume those ugly muscles, and then your muscles will become soft, flabby, and weak.
After most of your muscles have wasted away from starving them off, then you won't have to do the three day fast every week anymore. You'll be to pig out 24/7 and gain a lot of fat very easily.
How do I know this will work?
Well, the truth is, that fat people who go on weight loss diets only end up becoming much fatter than fat people who never went on diets. That is because when we fat people go on weight loss diets, we always gain back more weight than we had lost. We lose some of our muscles, and the weight we gain back is all fat. This is what is known as the Yo Yo Syndrome.
So, you need to start losing those muscle in order to gain fat more easily. You will have to "Yo Yo" your way up the scale.
Think of your three day fasts as a purification ritual, and also doing penance for being such a muscle bound infidel, for which you must repent.
I hate to say this Dude, but that is the punishment you have to endure for the sins of your past overindulgence in becoming a muscle-bound sub human!
Perhaps the reason why so many religions require periods of fasting, is because the Religious Sages knew the real truth about fasting. They were secretly teaching their followers how to maintain their body weight on fewer calories, knowing that after many generations of doing this, the result would be that in the future, people would gain weight more easily when food would become more abundant, hence the "obesity epidemic" we have to day.
This of course, is only a pet theory of mine, but it does make sense.
Also, during your three day fasts, you might even have psychic experiences or precognitive dreams. Notice that a lot of psychic mediums tend to be obese.
So, you need to starve to lose those ugly disgusting muscles, then eat to gain fat, and do this over and over again, until you will have wasted away so much muscle mass that you have become soft, flabby and weak. Then you will gain fat more easily when you have become a soft and weak little cream puff!
Also, after your muscles have wasted away to be replaced by soft baby fat, you may even go through some rather profound personality changes.
You might become more timid and docile. All that Macho aggression will melt away to be replaced by a calm, peaceful, and sleepy contentment. You will lose all interest in sports and physical activities, and may become more interested in intellectual pursuits, reading novels, producing works of art, listening to classical music, learning how to cook, all of those more sedentary activities.
Only when you have become an obese little cream puff will you know happiness, peace, and perfect contentment.
I should know, because that is what has happened to me. I never cared for sports. To me, football players, hockey players, boxers, bodybuilders, etc. etc. are ugly and repulsive.
My sense of smell has even become more sensitive, and when I'm around people who are muscular and aggressive, I can literally smell the testosterone, and it is revolting. Body builders smell of aggression.
So, I've become an obese little sissy boy and I shy away from people who are strong and aggressive, and seek the company of others, like myself, who are soft and weak and gentle. I prefer to read a lot of books, and listen to classical music, and work on oil paintings.
I'm too soft and weak to get physical, so I like to get meta-physical instead.
Anyway, as yopu can see, my suggestion to him would put him through a lot of self punishment to do penance for his past sin of being an obnoxious muscle head.
This should have served him right! smiley
hahahaahahahaha who is that poster, is it one of you guys?
