this guy claims that his arms are a shade under 19 inches at less than six feet tall and that he's 5 percent bodyfat, what do you think?

you don't mean the weighted dips video do you? he weighs 185-190 and does a few dips with 180 around his waist, that does not come close to equalling a 405 bench.

I have a friend who benched over 400 at a bodyweight of 160 with 16" arms.  No big deal.

I agree with this, there is a guy in my Gym with 13" calves, maybe 180 lbs, around 5'11".   He looks like he could not squat 200 lbs, Wed last week I saw him go deep with 405 like it was not shit, african americans can suprsie the crap out of you sometimes..... He also falt benched 310 for 5 I was shocked...
